I have lived in the Cold Lake and surrounding area since 1979 off and on. I retired after a 31 year career in the military having served in Europe as well as numerous bases throughout Canada, so I understand the trial and tribulation of moving. My last move here was in 1988 when my wife and I built our home in Cherry Grove and have lived there since.

I truly enjoy real estate and take great pride in helping first time home buyers. I believe in honesty, knowledge, and full disclosure when dealing in real estate. It is the single largest investment most of us will make in our lives and it should be done with full knowledge of all aspects of the transaction and product.
